This years QB Class is intriguing to say the least. It seems a lot of people are down on this QB class and when you dive deeper into it, people are all over the place when it comes to rankings. One of the main reasons I wanted to create this blog is to keep track of my draft rankings and how they pan out. I've always done rankings but never had a platform or place to keep them!
1. Cam Ward (Miami)
Pro Comp: Ben Roethlisberger
Cam Ward stands out as the leading quarterback prospect in the 2025 NFL Draft. He fits the mold of modern QBs who are able to make plays off platform and improvise. He has great arm strength and accuracy as well. A lot of people say he would have been ranked QB7 in last years class but I would have ranked as QB3 in the conversation with Caleb Williams and Jayden Daniels. I think he has the confidence and ability to come in and make the same type of impact that Jayden did his rookie year.

2. Jaxson Dart (Ole Miss)
Pro Comp: Bo Nix
This one may have come as a surprise to many early on in the draft process but Jaxson Dart has made a steady rise up draft boards through the pre draft process, reminiscent to Bo Nix last year. He has some of the same questions Nix had last year with the system he played in but I think he has the arm strength, the accuracy and the anticipation to come in and help a team right away.
3. Shedeur Sanders (Colorado)
Pro Comp: A better Teddy Bridgewater
Coming into the draft process this year, as a Titans fan, I wanted Shedeur Sanders. He has the confidence and moxy you want in a QB but this is also what makes him polarizing prospect. When I dove deeper into the film, the lack of arm strength was noticeable. I think some of this has to do with the OL he had at Colorado but you also see clips of him taking sacks that take his team out of FG range or a 3rd and manageable. All this to say that I think Shedeur is good enough to come in and help a team in the right situation. My grades on him and Jaxson Dart are very similar but since I have to pick an order, I have Dart slightly ahead of Sanders and that's not a slight.

4. Jalen Milroe (Alabama)
Jalen Milroe is the type of prospect coaches fall in love with because coaches think they can fix any player. He has all the tools. He has an insane arm, he has the athletic ability of an RB/WR and he has a deep ball you drool over. All that being said, I think the Lamar Jackson comparisons are a lazy comp. Lamar Jackson was much more polished as passer coming out of Louisville. Milroe will need a couple of years to sit and learn but 3 years down the road, don't be surprised if Milroe comes out of nowhere like Jalen Hurts did a couple years ago.
Will Howard (Ohio St)
No QB may have helped himself more than Howard this year. He went from a borderline draftable prospect in my eyes to showing he can run an offense and he makes some really impressive throws on tape. He also has solid athletic ability to tuck the ball and run. I have questions because he obviously had the best supporting cast in the nation on offense but you can't fault a guy too much for doing what he's supposed to do. I think Will Howard will be a good backup in the league for awhile.
Quinn Ewers (Texas)
Tyler Shough (Louisville)
Kyle McCord (Syracuse)
Riley Leonard (Notre Dame)
Dillon Gabriel (Oregon)
Honorable Mention: Cam Miller and Kurtis Rourke
Mccord could be the steal of the draft. Will Howard is awful and should just head right to the Canadian league
